Fiesta Friday enters its second year, yay!! A new year calls for new co-hosts! So, welcome Sonal @simplyvegetarian777 and Josette @thebrookcook as your co-hosts this week. Both are new at co-hosting, but not at Friday fiesta-ing with us. They have been great friends of Fiesta Friday, and I have no doubt will be great Fiesta Friday co-hosts.
Fiesta Friday Anniversary was a huge success! We had a record-shattering number of entries. And many of these were phenomenal entries. I have my work cut out for me to select the best of the best. I’ve received tremendous help from my co-hosts, of course, but I need extra time to go through these entries. So, the best of the best will go live tomorrow. I hope you don’t mind waiting a liii…tle bit longer.
